We are very lucky to have Mrs Kala Mohan as our guide and mentor. Ms Kala Mohan is having experience of around 34 years in the field of School Education and Training.
She is Post Graduate in ENGLISH LITERATURE, EDUCATION, SOCIOLOGY, PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT (HR) first rank in University, AND PSYCHOLOGY, She has also done PGDCS, PGDDE, PGPDSE ( RCI registered Special Educator), INTERNATIONAL NLP PRACTITIONER . She has headed three CBSE schools of MP as Principals.
Presently she is holding the position of Senior Academic Advisor and Educational Consultant to few schools , also the part of Academic Audit, Curriculum Development and Planning, Training of all stake holders from School Education. visited more than 300 organisations across country and abroad including Tanzania , Malaysia, Lagos and Malta (Europe) and trained around 30000 trainees from schools, social sector and corporate sector including NGOs, Hospitals, Banks, industries too. She is the PIONEER of PARWARISH ( Smart and Effective Parenting Programme ) and approached around three lakhs parents in last two decades.
Her passion to bring and spread HAPPINESS amidst the children of this EARTH PLANET has come up with two NGOs ( ANAHITA & NIDAAN) working with communities in the field of Education, Health and Environment and Mental Health. NIDAAN INCLUSIVE SCHOOLs in BHOPAL and Indore is having CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDs . They are being provided all services under one roof like PHYSIOTHERAPY, OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY, SPEECH THERAPY, ADL, ACADEMICS, EXECUTIVE FUNCTIONING, LIFE SKILLS, PRE VOCATIONAL SKILLS etc. Counselling Services also provided at center. Till date she has counseled thousands of students, and people across the country. NSS is life member of Early Childhood Association
and ASSOCIATION FOR PRIMARY EDUCATION & RESEARCH.
She is life member of SPANDAN: LIFE MOVES ON ( an organisation working in the field of SUICIDE PREVENTION) and ANGELS ( working in the field of CHILD ABUSE), PLAI , PRACHI

Kamlesh Chandra’s name is synonymous with Learning and Life. He is world’s strongest memory trainer from Rajasthan, India. Appreciated by Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, the Ex-president of India for his contribution in Vision 2020, Mr. Chandra decided to work for the Development of Nation at very tender age.

Recently, he has been awarded with a fellowship for his outstanding contribution in the field of education by Mrs. Pirjo Koivula, the counselor of Education to Government of Finland during 6th Round Table Conference. Working with Dainik Bhaskar, India’s most read daily Newspaper, he has conducted more than 3000 seminars across the country and millions of lives have been benefitted of this. Mr. Chandra is an educational psychologist, life coach, career counselor and learning and life skills trainer. In 2014, he started his own company Learnomatrix which is dedicated for training people from various age groups to live and learn beautifully.

Mr. Chandra discovered a Scientific Memory Management System to retain and retrieve information in single listening and reading in the brain 100 times faster than traditional rote learning methods. He trained various groups for Indian Civil Services, Rajasthan Administrative& Judicial Services, MBA and CA aspirants. Kamlesh Chandra also trained thousands of students into Soft Skills to get placements and promotions in MNC’s during last 5 years in various vocational training programs. Seminars and workshops on exploring self-potential and excelling in self-performance were organized in various parts of country.
He has been selected by idiscoveri (IDI the group working in experiential and creative learning led by alumni of Hawards University USA) as an educator and trainer and also worked as resource person with FAEA an International organization. This is funded by Ford Foundation USA.

He has authored six self-help book on mind power and memory. He also launched 10 video series which aimed at improved learning and life skills.

Collaborated with Government of India in its mass training program through KHULA AKASH. It was 16 episode TV program with very high rate of TRP. Through this TV program, Mr. Chandra helped 5 million students to enhance their learning skills, concentration, confidence, communication skills and emotional control.
He got published many times in The Hindustan Times, The Times of India, Dainik Bhaskar, Rajasthan Patrika for his contributions. Recently, Australia’s prestigious magazine, ‘The Teacher’ published an article about his innovative teaching methods. He also got covered in Education world.
